本节课是初三下学期Unit12以“the unexpected things”为话题,学习和运用过去完成时的第二课时——阅读课,本节课以2008年汶川地震导入,回顾了9.11事件,在此过程中梳理了生词和短语,为下面的阅读打好了基础。五个任务充分从细节帮助学生理解了文章交代的两件世界性大事件。最后又回归到国内的最新的大事件“抗击疫情”中,让学生领悟了“人生中充满了意想不到的事情,但只要齐心协力、永不放弃就一定能克服所有的困难。”的人生观。
